Announcing: Fat Rooster is Now Stack & Season!

We’ve been quiet, working hard behind the scenes and are so excited to finally be able to share with you all that we have a new name, bigger food truck, with the same love for farm-fresh flavors for the table. 

We’ve always believed in sourcing local ingredients, crafting food with care, and creating a space for the community to gather. Now, with a name and mission that truly reflects our roots, we’re excited to introduce Stack & Season: farm-fresh rotations, stacked for the table. 

What’s Changing?

A fresh new look - meet our hardworking, quirky, apron-wearing mascot, [Name] the beaver! Beavers represent dedicated craftsmanship, tight-knit community building, and down-to-earth thoughtfulness – all of which you’ll see, taste, and feel with our refined mission. 

A bigger food truck, which means an expanded menu featuring more sandwiches, shareables for the table, and even more local ingredient collaborations. 

What’s Staying the Same?

Our commitment to high-quality, locally sourced ingredients. 

Your favorite spots - We’ll still be at our home base at Farm 359 of Littleton for Thursday community dinners and Sunday brunches once the weather warms up. And we’ll also be rolling up to local breweries, farmers markets and seasonal community events. 

The Fat Rooster fried chicken sandwich you know and love will remain on the menu–now called The Big Roo. 

We can’t wait to welcome you and yours to our new food truck and serve you up your first order of Stack & Season eats.
